  • 1 cup Milk
  • cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, honey, oil, and eggs.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
