- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
