- 4 pieces Italian sausages
- 4 pieces Hoagie rolls
- 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup Onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Marinara sauce
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Grill the Italian sausages for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
3. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced bell peppers and onions, and sauté until tender.
4. Toast the hoagie rolls on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a grilled sausage in each hoagie roll. Top with sautéed peppers and onions, and a spoonful of marinara sauce.
