  • 4 slices Bread
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 4 slices Cheese Cheddar or American

Instructions 

  1. 1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. 2. Place two slices of bread, mayo side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add cheese slices on top of the bread in the skillet.
  4. 4. Top with the remaining slices of bread, mayo side up.
  5. 5. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
