German Potato Pancakes Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes peeled and grated
- 1 onion grated
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ cup vegetable oil for frying
1. Peel and grate the potatoes and onion.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated potatoes, onion, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Drop spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the pan, flattening them with a spatula.
5. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
