Fried Rice with Ham
A quick and easy fried rice recipe with ham, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 1 cup Diced ham
- 1 cup Frozen peas and carrots
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Green onion chopped
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same wok, add the remaining oil. Sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the diced ham and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the frozen peas and carrots, and cook until they are tender.
Stir in the cooked rice, soy sauce, and scrambled eggs. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onion and serve hot.
