- 1 lb Chicken tenders
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry chicken tenders in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
