Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken tenders
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 
- Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper. 
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs. 
- Fry chicken tenders in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. 
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
