- 4 medium Tomatoes diced
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 medium Jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
- 0.25 cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt or to taste
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped jalapeño.
2. Add the chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
