  • 500 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 350 ml warm water
  • 60 ml olive oil plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. 2. Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. 5. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  6. 6. Punch down the dough and transfer to a baking sheet. Spread out to desired thickness.
  7. 7. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with rosemary, and make dimples with your fingers.
  8. 8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. 9. Let cool before slicing and serving.
