Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs separated
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
  2. 2. Add milk, flour, baking powder, and vanilla extract to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
  3. 3. Beat the egg whites until foamy, then gradually add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. 4. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture.
  5. 5. Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and lightly grease with vegetable oil.
  6. 6. Spoon the batter into the pan, cover with a lid, and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
