  • 1 lb White fish fillets cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in the milk and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Add the fish chunks and cook until the fish is opaque and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve hot with crusty bread.
