Filipino Chicken Sopas Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken (cut into pieces)
- 200 g Macaroni
- 1 cup Carrots (diced)
- 1 cup Celery (diced)
- 1 cup Evaporated Milk
- 1 medium Onion (chopped)
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 liter Chicken Broth
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant.
2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
4. Add the macaroni and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
5. Stir in the carrots and celery, and cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Pour in the evaporated milk and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy your Filipino Chicken Sopas!
