Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sprouted Wheat Berries
  • ½ cup Sprouted Barley
  • ¼ cup Sprouted Millet
  • ¼ cup Sprouted Lentils
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 2 ½ teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
  • 2 cups Warm Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sprouted wheat berries, sprouted barley, sprouted millet, and sprouted lentils.
  3. 3. Add the honey, salt, and active dry yeast to the mixture.
  4. 4. Gradually add the warm water while stirring until a dough forms.
  5. 5. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  6. 6. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan and cover it with a damp cloth. Let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
  7. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the bread sounds hollow when tapped.
  8. 8. Remove from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
