Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 cup Chopped Green Bell Peppers
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 rolls Hoagie Rolls

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions, green bell peppers, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomato sauce, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. 4. Spoon the mixture into hoagie rolls and serve hot.
