Dough
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 0.5 cup Water warm
Filling
- 1 cup Ground pork
- 0.5 cup Chopped cabbage
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and warm water to form a dough. Knead until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
In another bowl, mix ground pork, chopped cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic to make the filling.
Roll out the dough and cut into small circles. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle and fold to seal the edges.
Steam the dumplings for 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
