Denver Omelet Recipe

- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup diced ham
- ¼ cup diced green bell pepper
- ¼ cup diced onion
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- to taste salt and pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the diced ham, bell pepper, and onion. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
4. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet. Let it cook undisturbed for a minute.
5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs. Fold the omelet in half and cook until the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
