- 1 lb dandelion greens washed and chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until fragrant.
Add the dandelion greens and sauté until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
