Instructions
1. Preheat the panini press.
2. Slice the Cuban bread in half lengthwise.
3. Spread mustard on the inside of each half.
4. Layer ham, roast pork, Swiss cheese, and pickles on the bottom half of the bread.
5. Place the top half of the bread on the sandwich.
6. Spread butter on the outside of the sandwich.
7. Grill the sandwich in the panini press until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted, about 5-10 minutes.
8. Slice the sandwich in half and serve hot.
