- 1 lb green beans trimmed
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon dill seeds
- 2 cloves garlic sliced
1. In a saucepan, combine water, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
2. Pack green beans, mustard seeds, dill seeds, and garlic into a jar.
3. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the beans in the jar.
4. Seal the jar and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
