  • 1 cup white vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dill seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine water, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Pack green beans, mustard seeds, dill seeds, and garlic into a jar.
  3. 3. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the beans in the jar.
  4. 4. Seal the jar and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
