Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Carrots, diced
- 1 cup Celery, diced
- 1 cup Onion, diced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add diced onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
3. Stir in flour and cook for another minute.
4. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly until smooth.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Add shredded chicken and heavy cream. Cook until heated through.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
