Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  3. Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Roll the dough into a rectangle and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  10. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and cut into sticks. Serve warm.
