Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Roll the dough into a rectangle and place on a baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and cut into sticks. Serve warm.
