Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 unit Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, beaten egg, and chopped parsley.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. 3. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  5. 5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
