  • 4 cups Cornbread, crumbled
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, diced
  • ½ cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • ½ cup Bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crumbled cornbread, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, cheddar cheese, and bacon.
  3. 3. Pour the ranch dressing over the mixture and toss gently to combine.
  4. 4. Transfer the salad to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
