- 2 cups Corn kernels cooked
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- to taste Salt
- to taste Cheese grated
1. Cook the corn kernels in the microwave for 2-3 minutes until hot.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the hot corn, melted butter, chili powder, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
3. Divide the mixture into cups and top with grated cheese.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
