Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or canned
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 large Egg beaten
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine corn kernels, flour, and baking powder.
In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Spoon the batter into the pan, forming small fritters. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
