Ingredients

  • 3 large Eggs separated
  • 3 tablespoons Cream cheese softened
  • ¼ teaspoon Cream of tartar
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until well combined.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 6-8 rounds.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
