Ingredients

  • 6 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • ½ cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 units hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes and eggs to the bowl and mix gently to combine.
