Ingredients 

Pancake Batter

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter

Cinnamon Swirl

  • ¼ cup Melted butter
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon

Cream Cheese Glaze

  • 2 oz Cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup Powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the swirl.
  5. Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat. Pour batter to form pancakes.
  6. Swirl cinnamon mixture onto pancakes. Cook until bubbles form, then flip.
  7. For the glaze, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  8. Drizzle glaze over pancakes and serve warm.
