Chinese Style Vermicelli Rice Noodles Recipe

- 200 g Vermicelli rice noodles
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Carrot julienned
- 1 cup Bell pepper sliced
- 1 cup Bean sprouts
- 2 stalks Green onions chopped
1. Soak the vermicelli rice noodles in hot water for about 5 minutes or until soft. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the julienned carrot and sliced bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
4. Add the soaked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until well combined.
5. Add the bean sprouts and chopped green onions. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
