  • 1 head Chinese cabbage shredded
  • 2 pcs Carrots julienned
  • 1 cup Green onions chopped
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded Chinese cabbage, julienned carrots, and chopped green onions.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and salt until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
