Main Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
4. Stir in shredded chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through.
5. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine.
6. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
