Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 1 lb Chicken breast sliced thinly
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 2 pieces Boiled eggs halved
  • 1 stalk Green onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring chicken broth and water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until done, about 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well.
  4. 4. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  5. 5. Stir in baby spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. 6. Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with halved boiled eggs and sliced green onions.
