Chicken Milanese Recipe
A classic Italian dish, Chicken Milanese is a breaded chicken cutlet that's crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts pounded thin
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 pieces Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs preferably panko
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ¼ cup Olive oil for frying
1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge each breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken until golden and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
4. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
