Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe

- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
- ½ cup Caesar Dressing
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 cup Croutons
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
4. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese.
6. Add the sliced chicken and croutons to the salad. Toss to combine.
7. Serve immediately.
