Chicken and Wild Rice Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup wild rice
- 1 lb chicken breast diced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 stalks celery sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper to taste
1. In a large pot, combine wild rice, chicken broth, and water. Bring to a boil.
2. Add chicken, onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Stir in thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
