Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Diced Potatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 3 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose Flour
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  2. 2. Stir in the flour and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  4. 4. Add the diced potatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the shredded chicken, corn kernels, and heavy cream. Cook until heated through.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
