  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 small Onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and onion.
  2. 2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade. Mix well to ensure the beef is evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for better flavor.
  3. 3. Preheat your grill or pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated beef slices until they are fully cooked and slightly caramelized, about 2-3 minutes per side.
