Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine hot sauce, butter, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Stir constantly until the butter is melted and the ingredients are well combined.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before using.
