Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Tapioca pearls
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Water

Instructions 

  1. Boil the tapioca pearls in water for 15 minutes.
  2. Drain and rinse the pearls under cold water.
  3. In a saucepan, dissolve the brown sugar in a bit of water to make a syrup.
  4. Add the cooked pearls to the syrup and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. Divide the pearls and syrup between two glasses.
  6. Pour milk over the pearls and stir well.
