Brown Sugar Bubble Tea Recipe
A delicious and sweet bubble tea made with brown sugar and tapioca pearls.

- 1 cup Tapioca pearls
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 cups Water
Boil the tapioca pearls in water for 15 minutes.
Drain and rinse the pearls under cold water.
In a saucepan, dissolve the brown sugar in a bit of water to make a syrup.
Add the cooked pearls to the syrup and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Divide the pearls and syrup between two glasses.
Pour milk over the pearls and stir well.
