- 8 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 4 cups Romaine Lettuce chopped
- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then crumble.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and halved cherry tomatoes.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the lettuce and tomatoes, and toss to coat evenly.
Top the salad with the crumbled bacon and serve immediately.
