  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the warm milk and melted butter.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
  5. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, swirling to spread it thinly.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
