Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large Red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large Green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large Red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. 2. Add beef cubes to the marinade, tossing to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. 3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Thread beef, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
  5. 5. Grill kabobs for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until beef is cooked to desired doneness.
