- 3 pcs Bananas ripe and mashed
- 2 cups Oats old-fashioned
- 1 cup Flour all-purpose
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 2 pcs Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, and beaten eggs.
In another bowl, mix flour, oats, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, and add vanilla extract. Mix well.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
