Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Haddock about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the haddock fillets in a baking dish. Brush the olive oil mixture over the fillets.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
