Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

- 12 pieces Jalapenos halved and seeded
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 12 slices Bacon cut in half
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
Wrap each stuffed jalapeno half with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick if needed.
Place the bacon-wrapped jalapenos on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
