- 2 slices Whole grain bread
- 1 Avocado ripe
- 1 Egg fried or scrambled
- 1 slice Tomato
- 1 handful Spinach fresh
- to taste Salt and pepper
Toast the bread slices.
Mash the avocado and spread it on the toasted bread.
Place the fried or scrambled egg on top of the avocado spread.
Add the tomato slice and fresh spinach on top.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
