- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1 cup Diced Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Chopped Green Onions
- 1 head Butter Lettuce leaves separated
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
2. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent.
3. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and stir in shredded carrots and chopped green onions.
5. Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
