- 2 cups Almond flour
- ¼ cup Coconut flour
- ¼ cup Ground flaxseed
- ½ teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 5 Eggs large
- ¼ cup Melted coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the melted coconut oil and apple cider vinegar. Mix well.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
